CEO Intern

CEO Intern is a positive reality television show. During the summer, five brilliant college students will be filmed while they take over a profitable cryogenic processing company, previously featured on the Discovery Channel, as "Group CEO" for eight weeks in Central Illinois.  Our concept is so radical and thought-provoking that the Boston Globe was driven to feature us on the front page of their business section before filming had even started, and more TV, radio and print coverage soon followed.

Inspired by the United States Marine Corps' officer training programs, our show recognizes value in allowing young potential leaders to be thrust into an unfamiliar environment and bring change to the business world where entrepreneurs often fail before they succeed.  Our goal is to land a series back on the Discovery Channel so that we can inspire millions of Americans working in our nation's 5.2 million small businesses to embrace a new generation of leaders.  We'll share positive programming that does not perpetuate the negative cutthroat business drama, which viewers are growing weary of on television today.
